 Web Designer
  • is able to create clean and modern designs in Photoshop, Invision or similar software
  • takes in consideration UI/UX principles when creating a design
  • is able to create logos and ideally illustrations
  • thinks out of the box, is creative and innovative
 Front End Developer
  • able to slice pixel perfect a PSD or similar into a HTML5 website and pass W3C validation, while taking SEO principles into consideration
  • is proficient in using Bootstrap or a similar framework
  • likes to create clean UIs
  • is proficient in one of more of the frontend frameworks: Jquery/VueJS/React
  • knows or wants to learn SASS/SCSS/LESS
 Back End Developer
  • has experience with PHP
  • has experience with at least one PHP framework
  • has experience in using Open Source scripts or applications
